Just from the summary, i feel like this has worst translation ever. world setting is not up to stage. This can go down the drain for it has no passion of a novel, more precisely eastern fantasy novel. better not try to even read a single page.

I have gone to ch340 with MTL. This is a harem but its not terrible for someone who doesnt like them. The only issue is he often goes into too much detail describing beauties and there are a few fluff filler chapters with them. Its the typical weak to strong where MC takes advantage of his previous life's knowledge and also has an experienced persons guidance. There is also a revenge story. I think its pretty good if you like these tropes.

just come back from binging the mtl, and i cried a lot, even though im reading a google translation... on the third day i might be crying a lot because my eyes hurt from reading, but that should count too. I'm able to get invested in the story and i cried and laughed while reading (more crying than laughing tho)the author used writing techniques that i recognized that is somewhat different than other novels. ex {spoiler} : the mc need to breakthrough to the next great realm (martial king) to participate in a tournament that concerns the country fate along with his and family life, so he cultivated hard and finally reached the point where he can breakthrough, but when he checked on a status panel jade that can display cultivation progress in that world, the progress reset to 0. so he need to reach 100 again. later to convince another person his "wife" stated that his cultivation is martial king and about to breakthrough to the next stage (middle stage martial king). its not directly stated, but i realized while reading that while his cultivation progress is reset to 0, it didnt disappear to nothing, and it will be a power up later that didnt come out of nowhere.thats one of the great thing about this novel, power ups that the mc didnt know about but we as the reader would know from hints in the story either direct or indirect. its frustrating and exciting reading the mc getting mad on how his time is running out and he still cant breakthorough. so just want to say that i like this novel and please update it quickly so i can binge it with good translation on 2025.thanks.
