Not much to say about MC he is good. World building is nice. Especially concept of superheroes taken seriously. Hope you explore other stuff like international crime and heroes, origin of quirks(better than manga explanation at least), grey areas of society and possible corrupt governments. Maybe try something like triwizard of hp all top schools fighting and stuff. Maybe hydra like organisation who has many branches and meta libration army of Japan is one of the branches. Still i like the world exploring part maybe shield has options of going to various parts of world to get fighting experience

Yeah also try adding new countries and territories UK the war in past may have wiped out some countries or changed their geographical sizes. Also add some smart villains. All for ones whole plan never made much sense. Instead of fighting one for all users for a century he could have moved to different country where he could have made a deal with govt there that he would give strong quirks to them in return of government protection doing this for few generations and later making upper echelons of nation his pawns. Kinda like dr doom where he has political immunity and can do whatever he wants. Maybe someone like mr sinister. AFO looks bad imitation of apocalypse. 😔
