Overall, I cant give more stars than this. Sorry. The story and narrative is so flat, plain and not innovative that I wanted to cry. Literally. Our MC has a system. Yay. And he COULD use this system every 24 hours. But, instead of using it and gaining more power daily, he does NOTHING at all. For over 9 months, not a single use of his single ability his system gives him. That only has a 1 day cooldown. Now figure out yourself why I am fed up with these kind of novels... Cheers :)

Nope. And there is no reason mentioned at all. He has his "cheatcode" but just doesnt using it. No reason, just that.
thankfully i saw this before reading the novel. I detest this kind of trope where mc has negative braincells. reminds me of the novel where mc chose a random skill than unli mp/ better cheat and to be a HALF ELF than choosing to be a dragon or half dragon like a retard then passing his 16 years not achieving anything.
I read the novel and it’s good he uses the system off screen during time skips and it isn’t mentioned in later chapters it’s mentioned that if he picks a target and all the talents they have he already has and if it’s at a lower grade it lowers the grade of the talent he has so he stopped using it on most normal humans and martial artist and it’s later shown he has lots of talents it pretty much every category in one chapter would recommend you to read
Ima be honest Idk if you didn’t pay attention to stuff but he did use it during that time he just doesn’t mention it after cause who wants to see a dude getting a talent for every boring weapon and all that jazz as it’s shown later he has to many talents to count so the author only shows most of his important ones and nothing else most of the time while having all other random talents in categories like spear and sword would go into [weapon talents]
Sadly, a lie.I think I even asked the author about that in the comments. If like a wonder later on he suddenly received "ohhh so many talents and skills" then its just a lie. A lie to get over the thing NOT done before, and trying to negate that failure before. Everyone can come and say "Oh, but I did it all the time! I just didnt want to show it. Yeah... really!" Sorry, your comment makes no sense. He didn't use it, period. And for many, many chapters. While he stayed weak like that and had no progress with skills or talents or whatever. I am not 13 to believe such lies. And I think everyone with some brain get read through the same and sees the same very clearly, too. My last comment on this :)
i have read upto 200 chp of this novel i can say this Novel is much to my liking as i hate those quest giving novel. as for mc using his cheat yes he does however getting a talen and not fully using it and going after another is nothing but greed. and why should be mc be greedy its not quest giving system where if you don't do this or that the penalty is death. take it easy get to know the talent he coppied is much more smart option
I'm upset that he never seems to get a gardening talent. His father is a farmer and even if he doesn't want to help with that he could grow herbs or something! Also he's technically a scholar but his related talents are the lowest of them all and he mentions in passing that he should upgrade them but never does. Then he's surprised when no one believes he's a scholar... if all that wasn't bad enough, Jewel is a deal breaker for me. Hate. Her. Can someone please tell me if she dies? If Jewel dies I might keep reading...
