To share my thoughts on this brilliant novel that has captured my attention from the very start. As a reader who has longed for a story featuring a main character who defies the typical weak, underestimated, and poor archetypes, I can confidently recommend this novel to fellow enthusiasts. The author has skilfully crafted a protagonist who possesses intelligence, strength, handsome looks, and an impressive background. What truly sets this novel apart is how the main character expertly concealing his true power while effortlessly surpassing their peers. At first encounter, the main character’s personality may appear somewhat peculiar, possibly causing slight annoyance. However, as the story unfolds, we gain a deeper understanding of his motives, providing a satisfying explanation for his initial behaviour. Although the main character’s infatuation with the heroine might initially raise eyebrows, it is artfully addressed as the narrative progresses, giving us some reasons behind this dynamic. While the full explanation may not be revealed, it is sufficiently satisfying at that particular point in the novel. From the beginning, it is important to note that the main character’s actions throughout the novel do not align with the title of ‘Evilest Villain’ bestowed upon him. Even as the story progresses, the main character’s actions have yet to justify such a notorious title. However, the author enticingly drops a line that hints at the potential reason behind this infamous title, leaving us readers who recognised it intrigued and eager for further revelations. This shows the author’s story telling prowess of how they built this mystery surrounding the main character’s reputation, adding layer of suspense to the narrative (Even though they have just started writing and this is their first novel). The cast of characters within the novel is wonderfully developed, and I bloody love the main character’s family. They are also one of the world’s three most powerful families. While they are widely despised due to their increasing power, most individuals and families lack the audacity to confront them directly. And I can’t forget the frustration towards the limited number of chapters available. This, undoubtedly, is the sole drawback of this otherwise good novel. I request the author to bless us with more chapters, as their work is simply too captivating to be confined to the current count.Furthermore, the author maintains a commendable release schedule, providing readers with a steady stream of chapters (Except for promising extra chapters and not delivering them). They consistently deliver high-quality content. Although I haven't commented on individual chapters before, I want to express my gratitude to the author for this story. In conclusion, I can’t praise it enough for its compelling characters, immersive world-building, engaging plot, intriguing power system, and satisfying moments of retribution (face slapping). With a desire for the author to grace us with additional chapters, I wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary work to fellow enthusiasts of the above mentioned tropes. Well done, and best of luck to the author on their literary journey! On a last note, I would like to request other fellow readers who may come across this review. If you have any recommendations for novels that feature similar tropes—such as a strong, intelligent protagonist with a unique background, intriguing power dynamics, and a good plot—please do share your suggestions. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
