As of writing this I'm on chapter 5 I honestly think the author is a bit too harsh on themselves considering the average score here is 4.1 or so anything lower than 4 really lowers the rating quite a bit compared to most other novels here and this novel is quite good so far. Gundam novels are a rarity these days and I'm anxiously waiting for more chapters. Starting time is pre 1 year war which I quite enjoy since mobile suits are still fairly slow on the surface and folks are still figuring them out. As far as worldbuilding goes this is already feeling like a real town orphanage setting at the start so I'd say that got nailed quite well. And the stuff going on in the background really makes me think gundam. Storytelling is on point I do wish it would get to the mobile suits a bit faster but that's just mainly a want for more action which I'm sure is coming. The only thing I've got to criticize here is the cheats of the main charachter were arbitrarily picked for him and so far seem to be at the lowest possible tier barely elevating him to main character levels(they aren't explained well but he supposedly has a minor learning cheat that makes him able to repeat anthing he can do once which could be opaf or garbage depending on how the author plays it and a more sturdy body whether that means he can take an additional rock to the stomach or is neigh invulnerable is unknown so far now these are open to interpretation but the rob seemed to imply they weren't very good). This is however a common problem with gundam fanfics and I can't say I'm too put out by it.

Mind I could totally be off on the powers here since it's a rob pov a more sturdy body could mean anything weaker than the granter is unable to harm the charachter a sturdy body by God's definition might just be a matter of perspective.
