Personaly i hate it. It makes no sense i could barely get to the 6th chapter. as soon as he fought bruce and won, that was it. The sheer imposability of that just turned me off this story so hard i had to comment. There fighting a mental battle, how does a what you've decided to be a special forces soldier even come close to bruce wayne. in either will, skill, or mental capasity he is superhuman. please stop.

I get where you are coming from, I really do. Batman does have a unbreakable, unbelievable level of will power, but I'm not talking about just any special forces soldier, the Mc(Theo) is someone who survived till the end of a nuclear war, if you put all the horrors he would have seen in the battlefield and still had the strength to move forward, you could understand, that his will power and strength could be many times higher than Batman's, the best comparison would be Deathstroke and Batman. they have both different types of tramas and different skill sets but Deathstroke still beats Batman sometimes. Hope you read the story further and give a positive review in the future.
I just don't Understand how someone who stared down darkseid. Could fight genuine gods loose to someone who doesnt have the supernatural strength of batman. I don't Know how much u know about the dc universe, but unless the mc has the same strength as bruce, i just don't See that happening. Even then batman could fight and realibaly take down entities physically supererior to himself like bane. So mabye i missed a line explaining it.

Even if he does have insane will, hes still a human from regular earth. Hes not superhuman. Hes just a trained dude. batman could dodge darkseids omega beams. Mabye u don't Understand how crazy a feat that is.

I do understand but if you had read year one or Batman: year zero, you would understand that Bruce's advances towards enemies changes and he is not even in he was not even in his full potential because he was still in his training period.
