At first I was against reading it because it mentioned Worm, which I am not too familiar with. However, previous Worm knowledge does not seem that important. You just need to know that Worm world is a modern (dark-ish?) one with superheroes and villains.
As for cyberpunk, world, I would say that you could probably enjoy it even if you are not familiar with the video game or the anime series( I haven't watched it myself although I have an idea of what happens), but you might be a bit lost with some references and characters.
Also, I was postponing reading it because I thought that there were not many chapters available. But chapters here are quite long compared to most online novels. As of chapter 51, I think you could consider that we are in a third or fourth "arc", and all of them have been enjoyable for me.
All characters feel diverse, believable and interesting so far. I would classify the protagonist as a good person, which adapts to her new world, so don't expect a psycho, neither a saint.
If I wanted to nitpick anything, I would say that in at least in one case, I thought the protagonist was thinking too much in the middle of a dialogue, but perhaps it was just me anxiously wanting to know what was going to happen, since I was binge reading, who knows.
If I wanted to nitpick a lot, a couple of instances of made up incorrect Spanish expressions bother me a bit, because I think it should be easy nowadays to write something that makes sense. Also, there are minor spelling issues here and there that I think should not be hard to fix. Again, not any of these made the reading less enjoyable to me.
TL;DR. Totally recommended. Really well written long chapters. No need to know about Worm, but some knowledge of Cyberpunk will make it more enjoyable.
