So do I give this story a read, or do I dodge it? The reviews for it are all over the place. My only issue is the typical Gamer System. I find when it's added to a story like HOTD; it takes away the horror aspect of a zombie apocalypse if your getting help from some system, even if the service is minor. I also see that after reading some reviews, you've made some choices with the Oc that people disagree with. If Saeko is the oc cousin, I honestly don't care about that. When people come to read a story of HOTD, they expect a Harem or a polygamy relationship. It seems you did that with Takashi to a degree but not for the OC. When I read a story about an Oc, I want it to be focused on them, not soul on the main cast of the story. If you made it were, Takashi is still pulling most of the strings, and the OC is only a helping hand. It's disappointing. Till I get told but a majority of people who have read the story give this fanfic a chance by explaining why it's good or by proving me wrong, I'm not even going to read the first chapter... There's not wrong with trying something different but don't take away the core fundamentals of what drew people into watch or reading a fictional world. And then you'll get 5 stars.

I do agree that I've made some astray decisions. Yes, I did give Takashi an harem to a degree but I made it clear that it wasn't. They all remained together. Also, Takashi isn't pulling any strings. He's a supporting character to the MC. The only problem I can agree to have made is making them close.
