Great story and idea somebody is using cartoons in a system so that person can get powers and items from the cartoon universe. Can you make sure he does not get a harem or become overpowered that is boring to read I want him to have fun and go into huge great adventures and the Marvel universe.

I'm going for the chaotic good character much like most wacky cartoon characters they don't have a relationship but just a moment of love that's never mentioned in the next episode. He will eventually become OP but not now it's a slow one.
