I love atg fanfics and how the world works in general the idea is fresh and very nice but the execution leaves much to be desired. mainly how the MC was reincarnated due to his good karma, but kaido is the one taking in charge the whole time, being his evil self. even though the author tried to fix this in the latest chapter, it doesn't display the actual existence of the MC at all. this might need a bit of a rewrite to make the story consistent as to display what the author really wants. if the MC is just kaido or the transmigrated guy from earth, or some weird mix between them that needs to get solved.

Hello, the author here in order to rate his novel with 5 stars without shame ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ~ ... Well, the novel is only in its baby stage at the moment, but let me clarify some important points. I'm not here to review my book... It's your role to do. I just want to give a general idea of this book. By the way, I've always wanted to write this. It will be my spoiled child, my masterpiece of the cultivation world, which I'll write with all love. Ehm... Let's start, just like in the synopsis, this is the story of Andrew who gave up his weak identity to become Kaido... Kaido who's worse than Kaido from the Pirate World. All of Kaido's unfulfilled dreams and ambitions in the Pirate World will be fulfilled in the new world amidst endless turmoil and collisions with the protagonist (Yun Che) who is protected by the protagonist's luck and the OP shield (Ancestral Goddes). The direction of character development will be towards the evil side, demonic and selfish side. To achieve his goals, he'll do whatever is evil. But for his loved ones and his friends he will be like any ordinary person, that's because I don't want to make an unhealthy MC. That's it for now. I hope you'll read my novel and evaluate it seriously. This will not be an amateur novel, but rather a masterpiece with long chapters here. Its continuation depends on you all.

Cool, I just hope the mc doesn't run after women. Yes I know that in Against the Gods there are many beautiful and sexy women, but don't make him a mc who is running after them or sharing everything he finds on the corner with them.

Its pretty good although in the beginning and after the mc knows hes not kaido with his memories and is his memories in kaido he still acts like kaido and this is kinda confusing for some but besides that it is pretty good as you expect from blackstar

There is one scene of violence against a minor though it doesn't get graphic and is not sexual in nature. Though it is a ways out from the beginning of the story.
