while I ssee our point in general, I don't think the mc acted like a simp, if he was a simp wouldn't he just spend a day trying to get the heroines attention or sth, furthermore he isn't really a "villain" he just goes against the mc's and steals their stuff, I doubt he would just kill innocent ppl for power boosts, he only acts against the various mc's and their backers so if mc in the future tells his harem that those ppl are his enemies and thats why he killa them they aint gonna be mad or sth, for example in the newest chap he killed an mc right infront 2 heroines and they ain't mad at him for suddenly trasnforming from his caring self to a "villain " they were instead worried for him because they thought he killed for the first time.
