Chapter One was filled with detail on the characters and backgrounds. Although the title confused me a little but other than that it was a great first chapter. The character were well made, although I did get a little confused but then again I was half reading it so my fault.

Take it from someone who doesn't normally go for the vampire stories - this one is well worth the read. Not only is the main vampire so beautifully written and unbelievably alluring, the MC steals your heart as you get past her tough exterior. I will always get excited seeing new chapters for this one. I can vividly picture the world being portrayed in my mind's eye. Can't wait to see what's next for this story

Very heartwarming, the story was engaging from the very first chapter. I have to commend you for your use of simple sentences to keep things light with no info dumping even though it's a fantasy romance novel. Aselia's character design is shown nicely through her thoughts and actions, it made me understand the kind of person she was and why she acts the way she does. Xiran has a complex outlook on things and moving past the blood contract it was easy to understand their conversations. The only thing I didn't like was the sudden length of some paragraphs, especially on the chapter with the contract. I advice 8-12 lines, anything more is too much.

I am in LOVE! Very rarely do I say that about a novel, haven't found one this addicting in a long time. The chemistry between characters is entertaining, the characters themselves are very dimensional and it's so easy to picture them in your head I am determined to attempt fan art to do them justice <3 I'm really intrigued by this unique world setting, love that it's modern. Only 18 chapters in and I am a fish on a hook. Keep going author!!

This novel does a great job of hooking you in, something that a lot of novels on here fail to do. I appreciate how forward the FL is, it's refreshing to read. Though this isn't my usual taste, I quite like this book and I'd highly recommend it if you're into sultry vampire romances.
