Writing quality is ok, with about 2 chapters a week in the last few months, the concept of the story is quite good, with a "rogue" jenny taking advantage of past knowledge and opportunities, without shying from taking the soft aproche when the situation calls for it, the thing that puts me out a bit, about the story is the 4 move system (+1or2 TM moves), author explains why on comments but the fact the Pokemon forgets the move just seems wrong to me, it would been fine if most most Pokemon just focus on the 4, and that the others start to degrade or something but this way just doesn't appeal to me. Still in general a good story.

TM system seems like an easy way to bypass 4 move rule. Work with your primary 4 constantly, and repeatedly install a specific move with a TM when the memory starts to degrade. Seems like something rich people would do. Pay to win trainers.

Barcas:more like if a move isn't used often you start to get worse at it, ex ember, the upgrade is flamethrower, so it will focus more on that as the Pokemon grows stronger and ember starts to not being needed and therefore the Pokemon doesn't practice with and that leads to it not being as eficiente, but it stills can use it just not as well. it is a way to bypass the 4 move rule, while staying within the spirit of it. But if you really want there to be a few move rule i think a background where a Pokemon can maintain a move in max capacity is equal to levels + potencial. like 0-10 =2 moves 10-20=3 + red and orange potencial=1+more, yellow and green=+2 etc. or something like that

You mean something like having a limited learning or memory capacity? Similar to how some can forget or become less familiar with their previous knowledge or skills when they keep learning new things? E.g. transcience or blocking memory problems

I am still working out the minor problems or errors due to it being a first draft but suggestions and criticism is always much appreciated.

and add that moves that are not being actively trained do less damage.
