Excited to read it! I'm curious though, since he's around Blackbeard's age or a bit older/younger, will his crew be composed of canon characters or just oc? Will he be good bad or neutral?

Wonderful! Since he's a bit evil, how about a crew full of chaotic evil? Like Donquixote Doflamingo (First-mate), Rob Lucci (Shipwright), Van Augur (Sniper), Jinbe (Helmsman), Enel (?), Laffitte (Navigator), Trafalgar D. Water Law (Doctor) (2 D clan in one crew!), Boa Hancock (Cook), Nico Robin (Archaeologist). This is the crew I would suggest, since it would fit well, I assume he's gonna be against the WG so he'll free the slaves saving Boa and her sisters, as for the others, we can find a way as to how they'll meet. I expect the MC to be from the D clan, so he also has fate by his side, hope you like it and fits with your plans.

I love the idea of the book and I like how it's going so far however the first 2 chapters are very short with is understandable but I dislike too short chapters that's a big no no for me and if your going to want to make this big I suggest post more chapters I guess other than that it's great but I'm just pointing out things I dislike OK so don't take it to heart and don't drop
