Story is pretty grating to read. I don't mind if MC is not with Tang San, but he seems to have absolutely insane obsession with Tang San, Hao and just about every original character. I mean 80% of story seems to be some sort of internal rant about one thing or another being stupid and whatnot, it's really annoying and just doesn't bring anything to the story. First part of the story was all about mc ranting about Tang San and Hao, and when they met Tang San's master, he started constant rant about him too, after that it went to basing Xiao wu moment they met.... It's just so desperate and dumb. If author wanted to write mc as antagonist, it's fine, or someone that just doesn't hang out with Tang San, again fine. But author just seems to have some unreasonable bitter resentment against fictional characters. And story is really just author ranting with mc's monologue.

Weakass excuse of an Mc, man is a freaking hypocrite crying about the hypocrisy of Tang San all day long. Translation is average, better than mtl but definitely not among the better ones I have seen. Don't really know about story development as I couldn't actually dive in so just gave it a 3.Author, for some reason, seems to try and color Tang san as a child murderer, who would kill a four years old over not liking him.Also tons of info dumps, so much baseless info that is out of place and holds no air that I really... well, I'll leave the exact discreption out.For update stability, I gave it a 5, don't know why, just trying to be nice I guess.

warning for new readers it's also a bit of a spoiler: this story seems a bit Au like for example the fact that poisoning with douluo poison is common knowledge whereas in the original no one knows about it (spoiler this has a great importance in this fic). I haven't noticed any other details impacting the story so I recommend it.

At chapter 201. It is a great fic by Doulou Dalu, the MC starts off weak and somewhat pathetic but understands how to grow. The big flaw of this fic would be the MC's obsession with Tang San, although almost all fics are like that, any excuse to screw with Tang San, and it can be understood to a certain extent. The romance/harem seemed perfect to me, although I feel that some of it was forced and some of the members were unnecessary, but hey, it's part of what makes this fic good. In general, I think it is an excellent fic to read and enjoy, I hope the translator continues his great work and does not abandon it.[img=update][img=More pls][img=recommend][img=Smitten]

good fanfic to read, but the pace is kind of slow, and sometimes mc has psychopath moments that maybe will make some reader off put when reading it.

Лишь жизненного опыта не хватает. Главное, что мне не понравилось, это постоянное обращение к гг как "Ах чувак", и хотя я понимаю, что это особенности перевода, это слишком цепляет внимание и портит впечатление.

the translation is good. in fact I started this novel because of the translator since he translates well and finishes the novel completely even if its popular. many people just drop it which sucks. unfortunately the novel he picked is quite bad. it's a fan fiction of soul land but everything about it thrown out of the window. whether it is characters, story or even the world background. rather than spirit skills and sprint rings what you'll read more about it ancient medicine (which is incomprehensible) and meridians type cultivation. the novel also has a very heavy flavor of ancient Chinese customs and thoughts. the behaviour of women is like those of ancients. the spirit beats who turned human are still treated as beasts by the mc. his thoughts sometimes border on being disgusting. anyways unless you like the stuff i already mentioned don't bother reading it.and to the translator - please pick up something else next time and I'll read it since you are good at translating and finish your works. but i can't read this anymore. btw this is after reading 117 chaps. I really tried to read it but no more.
