Don't be fooled by the title and the synopsis. The MC is Madara himself(As stated by the author), but he doesn't act like the Madara we all know and love. The author changed Madara's personality making him kinder and more trusting of others.ES,

Not really Madara wants a peaceful world only for the strong so he still would hate the weak and wouldn't have a change of personality he would be more disgusted that weak people live in peace.
JOSUKE:When the world he discovers seems peaceful, it's expected his personality will become a little different. However, he begins regaining the 'canon' personality a several chapters later, once he learns more about the world. Thanks for the feedback!
you literally said that he retains his power and personality. Madara who has seen the darkness in the world and has been a part of it will not be fooled by a cover of peace made show by the people in power. He would know that beneath this peace there is darkness and evil just like his previous world and would not show sympathy or care for the weak. Madara never liked weakness. If he retains his memories then he would not have his personality changed even after reincarnation.
