Ok maybe reflection saves the day. Academic.. hmm How many peer reviewed papers he has? How many students he has supervised? How many specialties he can handle? So many questions all of sudden. Angry dean, realism 5/5 Dean doesn't receive research reports?? realism 0/5 (only maybe in case of salary check up but not regularly) ok ok lets pretend its a different world with different academic system.. Comedy tag agghhh the agony.. ok I guess 2/5 World building 1/5 there is a wooden desk and library after all. Drama 3/5 Pickle joke are you serious/5 :DDD (Ok the story is about academics so you could slow the story telling by the factor of 5. These people would analyse much more and dedicate attention to things more. Now it seems like normal people talking normally. Its very challenging pick of persons. Otherwise, any side information on anything would be perfect. Drama gets kind of trampled with petty disputes that are sometimes part of the academic painful life if people don’t work properly but in the story its more difficult. Well maybe it can be seen as comedy.)
