Well personally I've never seen one piace, but I've read one or another fic, (although I had to do a lot of research while reading). But as always I recommend this author (because he is very good at what he does). so read it, and enjoy reading... I'm the first to post this 😁

I have a basic understanding of one piece and know nothing about fate. Can I still enjoy this? Or should I do research as I read?

the truth is that you don't need it, since the author explains very well the development of the story and the story itself, of course it doesn't hurt to investigate to have a visual aid of how the characters look, right?
