Why is he tony brother? for no reason just because. The progression is so fast by chapter 3 Mc is a god who's given powers for no reason and has no sort of goals but just does whatever. He has so many powers the author has no idea how to make it interesting. This story is the equivalent of a brain frat. It's not entirely bad but it's far from good. Turn off your brain and then this might be palatable.

Don't bother this is clearly wish fulfillment and a very bad one at that, honestly to me its not even worth using as a way to kill time.
