Basically, the author has a story in their head and summarized it for everyone else. It feels like they have a place in MHA they really want the story to reach and are rushing to get there.

I mean... that's the problem with using MHA for fanfics in general. It's simply not done and most authors aren't trying to world build, even if the MHA world's setting gives them the latitude to do so.

It’s depressing that even amongst the extremely few that don’t just follow cannon religiously, they almost never make it outside the small bubble of Japan and Hosu city.
