the synopsis giving me a vibe of sweet spoiling wife from childhood sweetheart kind of story, but after several chapters, it's more like possessive and mentally problem ml and it might contain abusive relationship (trapping fl at home kind of thing but I'm not sure). so I'm not sure if i should read it or not

So true. The synopsis does not match the tone of the book. There is an underlying layer of horror. But I'll probably keep reading this though. I'll probably quit the book once it tries to sell me that the relationship between the leads is a healthy relationship and something to shrive for.
