The main protagonist seems to suffer from mental retardation and schizophrenia because his decisions and dialogues are so stupid; then the author reduces the intelligence and common sense of the other characters to try to make the protagonist seem like a misunderstood genius.

Stop lying like a pig, you small-brain idiot. The story is not a translation and does not have Chinese characters in the writing. The updating schedule is always on time unless the author gets sick, which has happened twice. You are an idiot who reads harem and OP MC stories, so your dumbass doesn’t know what good character design is, which shows because you couldn’t give a single reason for rating it that way. Also, take your medication because the dialogues are good, but you are just too slow to understand them. The author also does not make anybody in the story stupid or too smart because their intelligence is based on their history; you just lie like a freaking pig.
