I like the concept of the book a lot. I just think these cliches are a rlly stupid like why hide your devil fruit? Regardless if it’s the smart thing to do or not, I believe most people are reading this book for the Goro Goro no mi and it’s powers. The mc seems to not want to be reliant on his devil fruit but he just ends up not using them at all and using it for other abilities. This is rlly the only thing that bothers me and I’m not a huge fan of the fact that he is joining the marines but that’ just my opinion.

Ya I’ve been reading more and I kind of get the logic of not using it. I guess it’s just a pet peeve for me cause he’s nerfing himself although i get it will help in the long run

VeganMaster:He does use his powers when he needs to. He just doesn't need to do it all that much at the beginning of the story. He is training his body :))
