Review Detail of Greyskul75 in Roulette World

The art is very good. The characters are a little 2 dimensional. Its'shard to give it good marks for story development when a solid third of nearly every chapter is blank black panels just passing the page count. I'm using fast passes for it and it's annoying. I'd be pissed if I was paying money for it.
