It was actually quite good, but the MC lost all of his braincells as soon as he entered the Academy. At first I didn’t mind it as it could just be character development, but it just got worse and worse. He just kept ‘forgetting’ things, final straw was when he used his real name, instead of his fake name for when he was climbing the tower, then he tries to bind the Staff Of Darkness to himself, did he really not thing the Book of darkness wouldn’t have a failsafe for anything like that? So disappointing, he really did just become dumber and dumber, why did you do me like this Author.
