dad_joke_master:the author said not to, and he stopped writing once before when someone reuploaded his fic. I also doubt he needs promotion, since his fic is already at the very top of the list
if you haven't heard of it, it's probably because you haven't gone beyond the trashy fics 80 percent of this website uploads each month. There's a limit of good fics in the fanfiction genre, and I'd rather not anger the author of a truly amazing one, especially with the pay to read way this website is increasingly becoming for good novels.

Most Worm fanfictions are extremely good as well, since the original Worm webnovel was excellent. Other than that, just filter by "favorites" or "followed" on fanfiction.net, since most of their top fics have objectively more quality than this website's fics.

Very good fanfics, but most of them are fanfictions of a webnovel called "Worm" by Wildbow, which is by far the best superhero webnovel in existence(right now). However, its very hard navigating the website, so I suggest you search for "good spacebattles fanfiction" and there will be many threads in reddit that have links.

I use fanfic.net occasionally but it’s hard to find books worth the bad UI normally i’ll drop books on the site because of the UI

That much is true, it took me a few months to learn how it functioned and even now I'm pretty sure I'm doing some things the long and complicated way instead of taking a shortcut I can't find.

As far as I know, no. He got tired of people posting his work. He said if he wanted his story on other sites, he would make an account and post it himself. A few authors on this site posted his work without permission and he had them taken down. So he said if people keep posting he will stop writing. This is the 5th or 6th time The Spider was posted on webnovel.
