Mc is supposed to an adult in the body of a kid and he hasn't interacted with many people, but based on his internal monologues he's pretty much a kid on the inside too, he's still taking things lightly

in a lot of stories where the mc transmigrates into a body of a kid it will basically be a child's level of intellect and emotional maturity with the memories of a 30 yr old

I don't know how lucky you are but most stories where this happens has the mc gaining the intellect of an adult for some reason. And annoyingly even if he does have child intellect and emotional maturity the authors would bring up he's adult this and he has an emotional maturity of an adult.
