Do some of you know the Novel or comic named ''Under the Oak Tree'' This story has many similarities with that story. This is a werewolf and vampire mixed story while that is in medieval age type of story. But in both of it the fl was abused by the grandparents. In both the stories The fl is insecure about her status. In both the stories the ml thinks that the fl is a pampered child of her family as she has a well known family. Both the female leads stutter more when nervous. both the malr leads think fl hates them But both the stories are unique in their own way. Loving this story as much as the other one.

Xincerely has a way with words and characters that draws you into their fictional lives and makes you love or hate them. I’m loving that werewolves are involved. This is already starting off strong with only three chapters in and I can’t wait to see where this journey is going to take us!

LORD HAVE MERCY this is honestly one of the best novels i have read so far. i was wondering why ode authors were releasing new novels and i see its for a contest and judging from the genre of xincerely's new book, i see that she is entering it too? HONESTLY hands down one of the more stellar entries that i am sHOOKeth by. the writing is superior to all of her other books and EVERY CHAPTER LEAVES ME ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT SCREAMING AND HOLLERING. i have never read a book more impressive by this one and i dare say it is one of her best works thus far. i was intrigued by the synopsis ESPECIALLY that last line from her 'just read" like yes ma'am you don't have to tell me twice. i love her confidence. i love how precious our female lead is who is pitiful, but at least she is SASSSY and tries her hardest to communicate unlike some of the other historical novels i have read. i do have to admit there is slight similarities but the more i read, the more i see this book is not like the rest. sincerely is going to deliver a bigger masterpiece than anticipated. can you tell i am so in love and addicted with this book? AND THE MALE LEAD? DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THIS MAN, I AM SO IN LOVE WITH HIM. all of the characters are flawed, but perfectly done in a way where you understand where they are coming from. our female lead stutters but it is from abuse and she tried her hardest to fix it which is really nice. like sometimes she does not stutter as often and i love lOVE LVOE that it is explained that it's because shes anxious that she does it. also, her name Ophelia literally means "help" and our bby needs all the help she can get. she is just so precious. NOT TO MENTION KILLORN, lawd have sweet mercy on me, he has me weak on the knees but also screaming with laughter he's hilarious and i can tell he is going to be ADDICTED to ophelia just like i am ADDICTED to this book. now i know why the author titled the book as CRUEL ADDICTIONS because that is how i feel whenever she posts a chapter and i am left wanting more. MORE CHAPTERS PLEASE. i rest my case and i BESIEGE you to read it. ok bye <3

Hasn’t had regular updates for non-privilege readers in over 6 months. The story has lost traction for this reason. Not sure I’ll finish it at this point.

I will be honest. As another author here in the platform, I personally think that my writing is good and I went to join WSA 2022. Now I read xincerely’s entry even just the 4 chapters, I have already been blown away. Of all the novels I read here in the platform, just for the first 4 chapters, I would say this is definitely one of the, if not, THE best one I read. I love the ML already! I love the writing style! Gosh i think the only one i dont really love is the fl 🫢 hahaha! Well i kinda do but idk she’s basically talking right one minute the next she cant speak her mind. But maybe it would reveal to be charming later on. ANyhow, all the best! I love this novel and am looking forward to more! Do not hesitate to read this!!! 5 stars!!!!

I like the author's work very much. I have read 3 of her books and all of them have this sweet but twisted love in them which makes me excited, the male leads are unique Elias was as sly as a fox but really nice when he wanted to and Kaden was way too sweet and good but it came with the cost of trust issues and pride and ego as big as the whole f**king world and those two together always got in the way of important decisions like how he let Lina go in the castle of warith. Female leads are lovely but I won't talk much about them because their development depends deeply on how the story progresses. Anyway, all that mambo jumbo was to get you interested in reading this new book because the author never disappoints!!! So you better start reading now :)
