Like giving a name is easy enough. Even writers think deeply before giving their character a name and translators of today just use goggle translate to translate everything and give a quick lookout for mistakes. giving names is not an easy task. For some 2 or 3 chapter side character giving names are unnecessary. so they might just not do it altogether as I said they don't get paid enough.
