most romance novel Mc is like that... they like to control fl some ml doesn't care about fl but they will get jealous and plan to ruin her interactions with other males.

Debra_Stephenson:I enjoyed the storyline and the FL, but the ml made my teeth itch. He is way too controlling and just takes over her life. It felt very stalkish and predatory. The young lady is obviously capable. He just needed to make sure she was safe and loved; let her fly.
