Its a hybrid between canon and legends so I’ll be nitpicking at both story lines to fit into the plot.
Since you got that clone commander then you can go after Celeste Morne and another clone you can find named Kix on the Confederacy of Independent Systems cruiser Obrexta III before Pirates, known as the Meson Martinet find him.
