I'm on chapter 350 and I have to say this novel had potential but the MC got this weird mental illness every few chapters. I was expecting more sword arts and cool techniques but all we got was him using his sword to break the mage's shield. I wish this was a mage in a warrior world because he uses magic more than his sword. I'm not sure how God was entertained by that but I got bored from reading it lol

he uses magic plenty. he's a magic swordsman and in the story many mages think he is also a mage

Why would he need techniques when the mages don't have strong bodies to begin with; He can 1 hit every mage same lvl with 1 swing. And there's no warrior his lvl so there's really no point. Feel like the author was just trying to be different from the other cultivation ln, I like it though it highlights a lot of things others miss.

He never uses magic, and mages just spam spells at each other so yeah him hitting the "mage shield" with his sword is way more entertaining
