ok i have only read up to chapter 20 i really want to read more of it because the writing quality us good the plot is interesting with the sister and everyone in the real world forgetting the MC but for the life of me i can't the MC is just so trash i hate him so much he is just so narcicssistic, so self centered and just stupid in general Mr author man please tell me he gets better because i just can't force myself to read this without feeling immense thoughts of self harm.

I tried going through it but only got to chapter 56 and fuck I hate the MC he is a dumb ass straight up boarder line retarded. This is unfortunately very bad mostly for a new author since from what I learned in writing class was that the first 100 chapter are usually the biggest hooks one wants for their book to keep the readers engaged and wanting more but all this made me want to do was smash my head against the wall for how dumb the mc is nothing like a normal real persons though process .
I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way, you're the first person to have such a concern. I will say that William's character does develop over time, but this is a long story and it doesn't happen in an instant. William's character was never designed to promote such thoughts, but if you feel this way then perhaps this book is not meant for you. If you'd like other great novels to read, I'd have to recommend Affinity: Chaos by Springs_Halo, Birth Of The Demonic Sword by EveOfChaos, and Versatile Mage translated by Chaos.
