The character learns things fast, unrealistically fast in my opinion. I'm not a DBZ ultra geek so I don't know if the type of super saiyan that is the MC can be enough excuse for that. But well... I will read this story for the interaction of the characters even if the MC is too OP.

we don't see for real the DBZ character creating their abilities, Goku as a kid with a PL of 10 could use the Kamehameha even without knowing of ki, I know he an martial arts genius but regardless, the saiyans and other alien races could use ki blasts and even fly without been able to control their ki, the later I think is possible because their power is more the necessary, so when they pass a threshold they can do things as an instinct rather than consciously, and the power ball and the control of the Oozaru transformation, it's not shown if it's hard to do or not, but in DBZ there's so many absurd things that I don't think this is that impressive. About the how OP the MC will get, when he get to Iron Man there wouldn't exist a thing that can physically hurt him besides perhaps magic or the infinite stones
