Great first few chapters can't wait to see more, I believe that this story idea has not fully been explored. I think the Thrag should use this opportunity to devlop orchish culture and society with schools, currency and a more civilan lifestyle for a regular orc with orcish spin. If you want orcs to be seen as a still evil and only male race maybe make it so that orcs can breed with different races of women like from goblin slayer, maybe giving more incentive to go raiding to capture women for faster gestation time and or women having a litter than longer single breeding pod.

Thanks for the review. Thrag is not a benevolent being, so don't get your hopes up as the closest thing to a school he would implement would be the agoge. We do know that the interspecies breeding is possible from the books as there are half trolls among Harad's forces at Pelinor Fields, Elves and Humans can breed as seen in Elrond and his brother and later Aragorn's son, and the Uruk Hai are bred by Sauruman by breeding orcs to the wild people of Dunland. Just don't expect Thrag to care about breeding less orcs and uruks.
