Can you at least tell me the plot holes so I can improve the fanfic instead of making the same mistake?

I said plotholes buts it's more like a small plothole. I noticed he seems to have less knowledge than he should when he was an npc who should have more knowledge about things since he has been there to observe alot of things.

Its different as he was reincarnated. The mc needs to use a spell first in order to gain its knowledge. For example, the mc didn't know how to fly before. It was only after he casted the spell that he learned how to fly. Think of it like trying to learn a skill in a game. Right now, the mcs skills are locked. He has to use a skill in order to know what it does. Hope this helps :)
