i think its better to focus in the kingdom building and stuff not harem and romance , but its ultimately up to you author.

Depends on which chapter you are talking about. the synopsis is just to make you know that he will have war machines. As for how many, that would depend on which chapter. But this is supposed to be a soft-sci fi so I am not really into numbers.
