From the comments, it seems that for native English speakers, the grammar is bad. But I, I use Google translator to read, so I don't feel this problem, the story is good.

people need to grow up even if it can be hard to understand at times it makes the story unique i read lots of book and stories the grammar should not be important the way the story develops does.
Well yes but actually no, if I'm reading to entertain myself I won't read something with very bad grammar, even if the story is good it won't bring me any joy to read it and will only annoy me instead. I'm not saying the grammar has to be perfect though, it should simply be easy to understand.
Agreed as to write perfectly in language that is your native one is too hard even not everyone write perfectly in his/her native language.So writing should be just easy to read/understand and without stupid mistakes like wrong gender pronouns

People who have grown up knows how important grammars are. A simple grammar mistake is a big thing. If you actually read actual books and not just fanfics then you'll understand why. Actual books have expectations with them. It doesn't matter what language you speak but if you don't abide by them then your book will flop or not even become a book at all. Do you know the majority of people that read Fanfics are young people that wants to read their headcanon on a specific story? It's why majority of commenters in Fanfics acts so childish or grown up adults that haven't grown up mentally yet.
