I am loving the idea that the characters in this story are flawed. This is the foundation of character development. Of course, they cannot improve if they do not have any issues at all. The writing quality was great. We didn't have to worry about the grammar, and technical difficulties are only minimal. The world-building is superb, and the way you described things were creative. I apologize in advance as I am rating this novel on its first chapter so I can only tell you what I it is not. NOT a reincarnation, NOT a system, NOT weak to strong and based on the first chapter, NOT a high school/teen drama. While I prefer sci-fi, or sword and sorcery, this story has the makings of a CEO romantic novel. The lead character appears to be a jerk, and characters with flaws are always the best to read. Will he be able to rise above his petty, bully nature to be a leader or will he succumb to his flaws and be a villain. Oddly enough I worked 25 years for brothers with similar qualities and I preferred the unreasonable direct brother over the charming one. You always knew where you stood with the first and were wary of letting your guard down with the other. The writing quality is good, the setting modern and identifiable. I believe individuals who like this genre will enjoy this novel.
