Well overall the book is really good,i'm all caught up I think.. anyway was expecting a n overpowered MC but we got sunny whose smart devious funny and strong which he doesn't seem to think he is which is my biggest problem ... he's just pathetic in an amazingly sugarcoated way,betrayed and seen like an add on among other things which makes him look like a back ground character or sidekick smh(in fact the betrayal part was just infuriating but ow well we are all friends now aren't we...he should've just strungled the blind girl) just shows how pathetic he is. .. he thinks for himself only when changing star isn't around... apart from that its a good read with an actual slave who will probably fall inlove with the master and follow them around for life unless the author surprises us in the future coz the power Sunny has, has an endless potential...(he can probably become his own slave with that weaver bloodline which still makes him a slave and not pathetic at allđ)...so at least make him powerful in the end, well not the actual end that is...still waiting for more chapters

Hello. Really? I'ved been reading reviews about his personality. Unfortunately many are comments from months ago. I am at 240th chapter and tbh, I am a bit sick with Sunny's dog personality with Nephis. It's always Nephis this, Nephis that. And the girl herself isn't THAT great to read about. She does have a good setup written for her. But her personality imo is BLAND. So my questions is - does Sunny's character change to make him less/not susceptible to be taken advantage of? Especially his mind. Does he develop? Or is he still a bitch? Sorry for the wording, but I'm just a bit disappointed from what I have read about the reviews right now... I really thought this was a really good story all round. And it kind of is. Except the MC himself who is such a dissapointment! His character of a street-smart and hardened individual (especially more so after his first dream/trial at the black mountain) is not coherent at all from what I've been reading just after that (vol 2). So I would like to confirm from you (especially since you metioned you are caught up) - how is his personality throughout? Does he develop for the better? And does he get more assertive? I don't need edgy main characters. But the least I like is intelligent. If they are dumb, it's shit. And Sunny up to now (240ch) has dropped the ball so hard...
