Review Detail of BestPanda in Kan-Gar-Chu! (One Piece fanfic)

The story is okay, but the author's keyboard doesn't seem to have any commas. As a result, it can be really hard to read especially on longer sentences. I thought it would be fixed at later chapters but it isn't for some reason.
