Review Detail of j_hopefull in Transmigrating Into A Female Side Character As A Prodigal Doctor

So the story was interesting UNTIL the abrupt ending. Why are some stories finishing with such incomplete ending?? The MC and ML are overall likeable. The writing quality isn't bad. But I really find the ending much to be desired and feels like there was developments that was never progressed? Here's the issue: Certain characters were just "forgotten" or there was no wrap up on them? Examples are the so called world's original FL & ML. No quick overview on what happened to them? Or what about the doctor's mom? She got sort of introduced in a way that made it seem she may play a bigger picture in the future but nothing?? There was no clarification on what was done to the "villain" who wanted to interfere with the surgery as well on HOW did this villain KNOW about who was involved in the procedure since there was supposed to be just TWO people who knew?? Not even the husband knew (suspected something but didn't know?) of the surgeon involved! The heck? And what of the grandfather? He just disappeared and never appeared after the attack? There was also no writing on what the husband's reaction after the surgery with the surgeon and such?? It was just this time skip! And lastly, what is up with the alternate dimension thing? It was like it was just thrown in but nothing detailed out? What happened to her so called master? Was he or wasn't he a good person since he was involved in the project? There are more questions on this but I won't bother asking. Things that would be nice to have been clarified completely flopped the ending for me 🤷‍♀️
