I think given how fast the MC progresses, he will have a Jonin or Kage level when he has to face the first attack and be able to perform actions from the first fight and not just show presence as was the case in the anime. concerning the purified Uzumaki line. it offers 4 abilities (healing / large amount of chakra / Third Eye of Kagura / sealing chain). the MC figured out how to increase his chakra amount on his own in his youth, so I don't think this skill offers a particular cheat. regarding the capabilities of sensor ninja, I will response that to be able to effectively strike the Otsutsuki with ninjutsu, learning senjutsu is necessary and the senjutsu offers the ninja sensor ability.
