There is no main character in this story, the problem isn't even about him being a normal person is that he has no ambition and no drive to get stronger or survive and this isn't a story about him, but about how the kingdom world progressed with someone add-in. It is possible that the author will change things up and make the MC grow into the role in the future, but I honestly doubt most people will be able to keep reading until that point in the story.
