Honestly this is up to the author where he is going to post his work, however this app should be used to post real chapters and not advertisement.

I agree if there is a post where you say that you will continue to publish it for a fee, but having several fake chapters (advertising) I don't like

this dude does it for all his books I am sure he does not even write them because there is 6 or more and only last for 10 to 20 chapters I think he also has a alt but forgot the name here
