So, funny story, a week or two after writing this, I found this story on an MTL site. However, I did not realize it was the same story at the time. When this came up on trial reads and I read the synopsis again, I was like, "Wait a minute, isn't this...?" After reading some of the chapters, it's definitely the same story I was reading! Webnovel just changed all the names. They also changed some parts of the story, which sucks to know that you're not really reading a faithful translation of the original on this app. I'll put the details here and on the review asking for the raw title: Title: 离婚后在前夫的怀里撒个娇 Author: 陌陌321 It's on mylovenovel under the title "After the divorce, everyday I have fresh guy with me" (I'm not sure how they got this title...), but it stopped updating after chapter 585 for some reason.

It’s hard to answer this because I kind of have mixed feelings. Just a warning to anyone reading this, there are SPOILERS incoming! So don’t read if you don’t want to be spoiled. First, is it worth reading? I definitely enjoyed reading it or else I wouldn’t have suffered through over 500 chapters of terrible MTL English. However, it definitely had some things that I really hated, which I’ll expand on later. Second, is the ML the ex-husband? Yes, he is. BUT the FL does not let him off easily and the ML definitely has to suffer and work for it. He pursues her for a pretty long time before she gives him another chance. It’s satisfying enough and the ML isn’t bad so I was okay with them getting back together. 1v1? I’m not sure what that means, sorry. Are you asking if there are other love interests? There are some others that are interested in FL or ML, but it’s never a problem. If that’s not what you’re asking, explain it to me and I‘ll try to answer. Now, for the stuff that I hated, there are really only two things: 1. There was an amnesia subplot. I just pretend it didn’t happen, but it’s one of my biggest pet peeves so I have to mention it. 2. The author backtracks later in the story about how the ML felt about the FL in the beginning. At the beginning of the story, it’s pretty clear that the ML didn’t really like the FL and thought she was some gold-digger and planned to divorce her eventually. I mean, we’re literally told what he’s thinking. Then a few hundred chapters in, the author suddenly goes, “Actually, he loved her the whole time!” which is complete BS. This really bothered me and is probably the biggest reason I have mixed feelings. I really wish the author didn’t backtrack on that, because it makes no sense. We literally see the ML's thoughts about her in the beginning. There was no love there lol Sorry for the long answer 😅

I'm not gonna waste my time reading when there are so many awesome books waiting for me to read them. 🙈😂 btw 1v1 means that there's no ex-bf or ex-gf or other love interests of male leads and they are loyal to each other. Usually in stories like this one there's always a second male lead who is a gentleman and so much better than ml but he fails to make fl feel something for him. it sucks.
