Review Detail of ForgeCoffee in Konoha’s New Third Hokage

The grammar isn't very great, is this a translated Chinese fanfic? Anyway, the start is weird. No background, or at least very little of it. But my biggest annoyance of the fic is its grammar. It ruins the immersion.
