What the f@##$% author. Is the scum ex husband the male lead? All you give is excuses for why Fu Hang treated the MC like shit. Are you trying to annoy me with this whitewashing shit because it's working. And why did the bastard ex husband remove the MC's memories? Some bullshit about how the MC still trusted the ex from the "bottom of her heart." The ex husband never communicated anything with the MC. If he did, the MC would be prepared or wouldn't walk into all that bullshit and years of bullying. I didn't get the impression that the ex liked the MC at all and now all of a sudden the author is trying to rewrite the character of the ex. If the author wrote everything as a misunderstanding, shouldn't the ex have at least showed concern in the first chapter? I feel like the first chapter ruined everything about the ex for me; he couldn't even stand up for the MC a little and even wanted her to kneel with no explanation? This is not the typical powerful male lead. He can't even protect his own woman from his evil family and the one who wanted to kill her? He should have never married her; I'm pretty sure the MC would be better off if they never married in the first place and she wasn't subjected to that torture.
