I have mixed feelings about this book.story is above average but compared to other cooking novel it's not good. main problem of this story is 8 year old mc with parants whose brain is dead.everyone reacting positive when seeing an 8 year old working ,some parents even rebuking there children because they don't work at same age.no one care he us going to school or not. every one viewing him as adult. if author make him atleast 18 I can read novel without damaging my brain.second problem is story is very fast paced. fell like commen wishfullfillng novel instead of cooking novel.

Its not like the people around him see him and say: Wow we should [insert one of the things which i said..] against this fellow because he looks like hes 8 but his mind is 21 years old. Like i mentioned, lazy writing. He knows that he cant do that so he made him 8 which also means he doesnt need to add it

i agree with your comment it doesn't make any sense but you have to admit that he is not in his original world where people are more rational and have sense. so I'd say this novel is a 1/4 fantasy with all the weird types of food like food wars were food can make a person org*sm I real life food will taste amazing and you can't stop eating it but never a foodgasm so I'd just roll with it
