Then she finds her fiancé and cousin in bed together. These two murder her and the ML (her old neighbor who has secretly loved her for years) kill them to avenge her death. When she dies she becomes a ghost and follows the ML. As a ghost, she sees how much he loved her. He saves her dying mother by paying for her medical bills. The novel gets back on track after that. >> However, the 'fast-paced' tag isn't a joke. Unfortunately, too much important information is glossed over in this novel. Things are jumped over or not well explained which is confusing. > FL is a medical student who acts like a qualified doctor to be honest. She was being praised a lot for her skills. I have no idea what the real relationship is between her and her 'cousin'. From the looks of it the cousin is actually not blood related but they live in the same household as helpers?? 😵💫 It wasn't explained well. > ML seems nice so far. Looks like he's going to dote on FL. 📌 I'm not really enjoying it personally. Not enough detail. The characters are not drawing me in enough. The conversations and story is also just not that interesting.

This is not previous web novel where we expect good plots. They changing title, author names Bcoz of this they even changing plots with missing parts. Sometimes names are repeating, sometimes parts are missing. Web novel losing readers. If it continues they will definitely loose readers .

Ahhh., I agree on this it was confusing I stopped reading after the 7th or 8th chapter. It's funny that she practices medicine in the modern times without a license. My reaction was always.. Wait what happened? How? 🙄😳
